Yes, you heard it right: blood to thicken hair.  What you may think as blood is actually blood cells floating in blood plasma.  This plasma, when separated from the blood cells through a centrifugal system, is rich in platelets, hence the term Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).  Many of you may have already heard of PRP which is used in facial rejuvenation with the Vampire Facelift and the concept is similar in using PRP to rejuvenate thinning hair.  If you are experiencing hair loss or thinning hair in Newport Beach, PRP may just be the cost-effective and minimally invasive option for you.
