Procedure:	Improves body shape by removing exercise-resistant fat deposits using a vibrating cannula and vacuum system. Using the tumescent technique, targeted fat cells are infused with a local anesthetic solution containing medication prior to liposuction to numb the treatment areas and reduce post-operative bruising and swelling. Liposuction areas include the abdomen, pubic area, flanks, armpits (auxillary), upper and lower bra line, upper arms, inner and outer thighs, inner knees, back hump (Dowagers hump).
Length:	1 to 3 hours
Anesthesia:	Typically local anesthesia with sedation
Outpatient:	Usually outpatient.
Side Effects:	Temporary bruising, swelling, numbness, soreness, burning sensation. Temporary fluid drainage from incision sites. Possibility of small incision scars that improve over time
Risks:	Asymmetry. Rippling or laxity of skin. Pigmentation changes. Skin injury. Fluid retention. Excessive fluid loss leading to shock. Infection.
Recovery:	Back to work: 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the area. More strenuous activity we advise waiting 2 to 4 weeks. Full recovery from swelling and bruising is up to 8 months and sometimes a year. Tickle Lipo with the use of tumescent technique may decrease post-operative bruising and swelling
Results:	Permanent when maintained with a sensible diet and exercise
